This week of the blues is coming to an end and Thanksgiving is right around the corner. To celebrate the end of this stressful week, our Foodie team wants to help you take the edge off with a few Fall drinks that will help you unwind and get in the holiday spirit.

Sparkling Apple Pie Cocktail

This cocktail is loaded with a bunch of fall flavors. Apples and cinnamon with the sweet taste of champagne, a perfect simple sip to enjoy with family and friends.

How to make it:

1. 3 oz. Apple juice or apple cider

2. ¾ oz. Cinnamon schnapps

3. 2 tsp. Tate + Lyle Honey Granules

4. 3 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine

5. Cinnamon and sugar for rim

6. Apple slice for garnish

Pumpkin Spice Martini

Who says pumpkin spice can only be a Starbucks favorite? Drop that cup and add a little kick with this delicious cocktail.

How to make it:

1. 2.T. 100% pure pumpkin puree

2. 3/4 oz. simple syrup

3. 2 oz. vanilla vodka

4. 2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream liquor

5. 1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Champagne Margaritas

Add a unique twist to your upcoming celebrations with this simple recipe with outstanding flavor.

How to make it:

For 2 Margaritas:

1. 4 T. Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice

2. 2 oz. white tequila

3. 2 oz. Triple Sec

4. 1 T. fresh squeezed lime juice

5. 6 oz. brut chamagne/ sparkling wine

For Sugared Rims & Garnish

1. About 1 T. turbinado sugar (sugar in the raw)

2. About 1 T. granulated sugar

3. Lime wedges

Sparkling Cranberry Sangria

Sangria is a delectable drink to enjoy at Thanksgiving dinner or while watching football games with family and friends.

How to make it:

1. 3 cups fresh cranberries

2. 1 cup orange juice

3. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

4. 3/4 cup brandy

5. 1 (750 ml) bottle sweet white wine

6. 1(750 ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled

7. 1 orange, sliced
